To take screen capture on Samsung Galaxy W GT-I8150 running on official / stock ROM gingerbread 2.3.6, follow the simple steps below :

1. Bring to the screen that you want captured
   
2. Press home button + power on button simultaneously and quickly
   
3. Then you can hear the capture sound ( camera sound ), that's mean screen succesfully captured
   
4. Go to Internal or External sd card, then find ScreenCapture folder
